The ITM Worldwide Foundation was founded in Lidköping 2008-04-02. The three founders are City of Lidköping, Erik Thun AB and ITM Worldwide AB. The foundation act was signed by Kjell Hedvall, Mayor of Lidköping, Jan Källsson, Vice President Erik Thun AB and Hasse Karlsson, President ITM Worldwide AB.
ITM Worldwide Foundation has a professional board representing the public as well as the private sector and faculty members. Apart from the founders Professor Albert A. Angehrn, Calt/INSEAD and Profesor Per V. Jenster, China European International Business School (CEIBS), Leif Eriksson, Director of Business Development in City of Lidköping, Tarja zu dem Berge, Regional Manager Finance Almi Företagspartner Väst AB and Sven-Eric Lager President ViaCon International AB are board members.
The ITM Worldwide Foundation will focus on public founded ITM Worldwide projects in Sweden, EU-projects, R&D and will be Member of International Asssociation of Trade Training Organizations (IATTO) who is the accreditation body for the ITM Worldwide Training.
The ITM Worldwide AB will focus on the international expansion and organize the joint international ITM Worldwide Seminars.
