Christoffer Linder is about to finish his Export Trainee program, that he enrolled in November 2008,  his 6 months internship at the company Handheld in Lidköping, Sweden has gone well and even before he had finish his program he was employed as a Key Acount Manager. His responsibilities will be some of  Handhelds markets in Europe.  

Through practice within the company, combining with education from the ITM worldwide Foundation, Christoffer says that the ITM program has given him the tools he needed for building up his career and it has also provided him with the essential framework on how to manage Export.

Thomas Löfblad, Vice VD at Handheld is extremely satisfied with the Export trainee program and the recruitment of Christoffer to the company. Mr Löfblad is consider accepting more interns to Handhelds on a regular basis due to the fact that he consider the ITM Worldwide Foundation to be a professional  recruitment tool.

The global financial crises that are affecting the world are forcing larger companies to decrease their recruitments and trainee programs. This gives the small and medium sizes companies the opportunity to attract young talents that in other circumstances would have been placed at larger companies.
